Print in ABS and apply acetone vapor smoothening in order to tighten. Applying acetone via brush may also work - but sealing the interieur may be challenging. Fix to wall by using 6mm impact drills to mark the holes and 4mm … 5mm screws with large washers to distribute the force.
No support material required.
The vent variant is designed around sewage ventilation vents, i.e.:
