This is a spiky stick that you grip and it will hurt. It's not going to do permanent damage, just indent your skin. It helps if you get triggered or have flashbacks to get you back in the moment.
It's weird if you've never dealt with these problems, but honest it helps me a ton. Let's me calm down and reminds me where I am. Way better than the alternatives.
If you've ever had a therapist or psychiatrist recommend holding an ice cube, this does the same thing with a whole lot less melting.
It's made to be printed as is, no supports, and whatever material you want.
If you want recommended settings, I made it in PLA, at 0.2mm layer height, 4 wall loops, and 15% infill.
