A little thingy that just feels strange when you handle it due to perpendicular anisotropic friction on top & bottom

I accidentally stumbled upon this effect when testing a new knurling pattern for a new ring - I used cross hatch infill and set bottom/top layers to 0 for quicker result (middle silverish thing top row in the photo). Fumbling with it just felt strange, because the infill lines give low friction in their direction, but a lot friction perpendicular to them and by chance I got perpendicular lines on top and bottom.
I then recreated this in the slicer using just a cylinder with 0 top/bottom layers, 15% cross hatch infill and a suitable height (left green thing).
Unfortunately I found only BambuSlicer able to do that, even OrcaSlicer can't because it starts the cross hatch infill with some zig-zag-ish line.
To reproduce this effect independently of the slicer I sort of recreated the cross hatch infill as a model (lower silverish and brown things in the photo). I uploaded 2 sizes, the smaller one can be used as trolley coin (€).
Printing:
The effect is best when using a smooth build plate and a sort of slick filament to reduce friction in the low friction direction :)
Use Arachne (to avoid the slicer freaking out on the first layer), otherwise standard settings (0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle).
