Here are 4 styles of spiral eggs. While rather durable as-is, I found printing them in PETG gave them a little flex that made them feel a bit tougher (for when the kids start throwing them around ;-) )
The non-solid versions come in medium, high, and ultra high resolution, just in case you want to scale them up without artifacts.
Both styles print without support.
I also have two other egg models:
