This pogo pin adapter uses linear movement to make contact with the printed circuit board, making it more convenient than the swivel mechanism used in the model I used so far: Stefan Riese's Flash Adapter.
It was also an opportunity to make a dove-tail construction with OpenSCAD polygons.
Apart from the usual hardware M3 screws, washers and nuts, I use a M3 nut glued to the end of a threaded rod and a larger hand-operated nut to fix the two main parts. A shim 19x20 mm made from a beverage can between the two parts improved smooth movement. The upper part has holes to be threaded.
The material used is (Prusa) PETG, 0.2mm layers, 0.4mm nozzle. Some more perimeters are useful for added rigidity and the threaded parts.
