Print four of the 337.5mm tubes, and two of the 107.5mm tubes. I printed mine in PETG, and it worked beautifully, with a nice bit of flex. I was able to print all the tubes in two plates on my Bambu P1S, and any printer of comparable size should be able to do the same. Just rotate them 45 degrees to fit diagonally.
