If you have an RV that uses 30amp plugs, you probably have a few adapters or plugs in a bin or cubby which get banged around during travel.
This pin protector will both protect the pins themselves, and also make sure that the pins are not digging into other wires, insulators, equipment etc.
This ads almost no weight and very little bulk, and the symmetrical design makes it quick and easy to use.
There are two versions, one with and one without a lanyard hole.
I also included an STL file of the pins for the NEMA TT30-P (TT30-R) in case you just want to put them into some other design.
When I printed them I used 3 wall layers but only a 10% infill with the gyroid pattern and it seems strong and light. For more durability you could make it 4 wall layers and that would probably be more durable than needed.
