Modeled off of the Mullet Third Arm boom arm but made it to attach to my Hercules Dust Extractor.

Printed in PCTG as PETG is a mess and PLA is too brittle.

I designed the mount to attach to my Hercules dust extractor arm but I'm sure you could get it to work without this vac. I did create a hose fitting for any generic 2.25" shop vac hose inlet. I did mount the top of the boom arm to a pulley so that the weight of itself didn't break the fittings.

I used 3/8" carriage bolts and nuts to attach the 2 hose couplings to each other. I also used silicone caulk at each of the attachment points and prior to mounting the 2 hose couplings to each other I filled one of the attachement points with silicone instead of using gasket which seemed to be more effective. The PVC pipes are 1.5 inch (inner diameter).

If you plan to use the model and have any questions please feel free to reach out and I'll respond as soon as I can.
