These attach to wooden dowels to create a flat surface that can be used to both support and adhere to poster boards.
Print 2-3 of these sets out, depending on your support needs, and then affix them to a wooden dowel rod using 4x m3 screws (the exact length of screw will depend on which size dowels you use, 30mm dowels use M3x16s). You will need 4 screws and 4 hex nuts per support brace used for your sign.
Once you have attached them to the dowels, you can use gaffers tape, duct tape, or adhesive putty to sandwich two poster sheets together against the printed parts.
This not only allows you to re-use the dowels for future protest signs, but also prevents poster board from tearing by wind blowing (the parts are friction fit to the dowel, meaning a heavy wind will allow the posters to rotate on the dowel slightly instead of tearing your poster).
These are designed to maximize horizontal space and sign stability, so you will need to rotate the part diagonally on most traditionally sized print beds in order to get it to fit.
