I took Justin Vallely's awesome model and altered it to fit an OrangePi Zero3 that has a aluminum heatsink on it so I did not use the outer case.
I printed the main Backpack at .3mm layer height with a .6 nozzle, the other two pieces at .2mm and a .4 nozzle.
No supports needed.
I used CC3D's ABS in an enclosure.
You will need 4 brass M3 Heat inserts or, you can print the model with no inserts and try your luck with just screws.
