Description

Easter is coming and I wanted kids to get a new way to receive surprise chocolate eggs. This cute bunny is totally shocked if you take away it's precious egg…it's jaw will drop to the floor! But next night you can load a new surprise egg for it to guard. I have tried numerous brands of surprise eggs and they all fit nicely for this bunny to hold on.

Eyes are printed so that you can easily change eye color to what ever you want. Iris is printed with 0.08mm layers, to have extra detail, but you need a color with high enough TD (transmission distance). You need a drop of superglue to attach the eyes. If you want to print Monty Python Rabbit of Caerbannog, use red on the iris! But be sure to print holy hand grenade of Antioch before releasing the Rabbit!

You can either print eyes in white and paint them or use multicolor attachment like MMU, AMS, CFS or such.

Main layer height is 0.2mm to get fairly fast prints, but top of bunny's head, tail and hands are printed with 0.08 layer hight to hide ugly layer lines little better. This feature is automatic with included BambuStudio file.

Design process was supposed to be very easy, as we have this amazing AI thing now, but several different AI generation apps failed to produce what I had in my mind. Makerworld's PrintMon Makers did have small part of the process, but mostly design was made with following software: Inkscape, Tinkercad, 3D Builder, Meshmixer and Zbrush.
