Since we only charge our brushes one every three months or so the power brick and the carging station got lost frequently in the usb-cable-and-power-brick-box or somewhere else. We have now integrated the charging dock onto our mirror cabinet but the brick was always dangling from the usb cord. Not ideal.
I quickly designed this model so the power brick can be kept close by and ready to be plugged in when needed. There is a shallow recess at the back allowing it to be attached to any flat surface with double sided tape. Either the flat one or the “foam core” stuff. I used TESA Powerbond ULTRA STRONG and can highly recommend it.
Print setting:
Default 0.2mm Speed profile in Prusa Slicer
I printed it in rPETG but any material should suffice.
