First you want to place the two flippers in their corresponding positions. Then you place half of a toothpick in the holes. After that, you must place the teeth in its corresponding slot and place toothpicks on each side.

I cut the left flipper in half and I resized the holes to 0.1 instead of 0.075 because toothpicks wouldn't fit in the first version.
