I needed a new badge holder for work, so why not make it fancy? I found the model by josedpedroso that was the correct size for what I needed, but I don't have the ability to do multiple colors. So I fired up Tinkercad, separated the yellow and red buttons, and created the white button. I made wells in the body for accurate placement of the buttons. I also added a finger hole on the back to help get the card out.
Depending on your printer, some sanding may be needed to fit the buttons in. A drop or two of superglue should keep them in there. The white button is printed upside down; I suggest getting your card in first, then test fitting it.
