There are some tick removal tools in internet. To be honest there are quite a lot of them. You can also buy one.
Anyway I was not satisfied with any of them (at least with that I have tried).
So I have made my own model from scratch (though the idea itself is well known).
Prints well in PLA. I have used layer adaptive layer height setting (decreased layer thickness at both ends of the tool).
If a slot is too tight or too wide It might be a good idea to modify an elephant foot compensation in a slicer settings or Z-offset of the printer. For example I set an elephant foot compensation to zero in QiDi Q1 Pro but left 0,2 for Ender 3 v2.
I have printed many of them and removed many ticks from human and dog's skin. My advice - for a tick removal just rotate a few times, do not pull - that way really works fine with no tick residue left.
