I liked Teraflop's design but I found it difficult to use. zip-zap, remix.
These sporks are sharp and durable. You aren't protecting the spork, you are protecting everything else.
I opened the end cover, added chamfers and fillets, and removed one of the bridges, easier to insert and remove, PLA is just flexible enough to hold it with the points covered, PET-G is advised. Most printers should be able to handle it without supports as loaded.
The shown print is PLA, 0.2 mm height 0.4 mm nozzle. It too me about 55 minutes to print.
This fits the spork shown. Mine is an REI Ti-Ware spork, Teraflop's was an Optimus. They look the same and fit the same. If yours has a similar handle cutout and finish, it is likely compatible. The post is 7 mm in diameter and is centered 157 mm from the end of the tines.
Teraflop's design is great for occasional use. This one is more for regular use in a lunchbox.
