On my old kitesurf BAR, this part was too short, so I had to make a new one. The diameter of the hole is 15 mm, and the end is 11 mm thick. The total length is about 200 mm. Print from flexible material (TPU), the number of wall lines should be at least 3-4 (with a line thickness of 0.4 mm), the filling should be 70-100%. If you don't have a Core X-Y printer, the print speed should not be more than 20-25 mm/s, because the top of the print will swing and the end result will be wrong. If you print it horizontally, this problem will disappear, but the workpiece will be a little uglier.
