I wanted to reuse the prusament spool parts for masterspools, but was not happy with the available designs. So I created yet another prusament masterspool design:
- Prints as one piece
- No supports!
- Uses 8pcs self tapping inserts M3xM5x6mm. I prefer these over heat set inserts. Installation is much easier and the threads have better quality
- 8pcs M3 flathead screws for connecting the spool parts
- Only about 62g of PETG required
- Space saving design
- Index markers for correct positioning

The part has been designed using OpenSCAD. I have provided the source code for download, so you can adjust the design to your needs.
