This is a bezel and backplate for the new Pi touch display 2 that can be installed on your sBitx DE to V3.
You can print the bezel at 15% infill or higher. The backplate should be printed at 100% infill. I used PLA+ for both parts and printed the bezel at 0.24mm layer height.
Build plate supports are required for the bezel.
You can use the existing screws from the old display to mount the new display where the Raspberry Pi would be mounted.
I think all or most sBitx's came with the extra screws installed on the standoffs
