Taking pills and supplements three times a day is a chore, which can be optimized. I wanted to have a small pill box with 3 compartments per day and be rather vertical, than flat, so I have designed my solution with this in mind, it features 21 compartments, and slide doors, which should be slightly pulled up to reveal second and third sections.
The cut cylinder allows you to cut it further into daily sections if you don’t need all seven. I recommend printing it 120% scale (white), it was enough to fit a couple of medium pills easily into each section. 140% size (brown) is a bit harder to open due to ring thickness and more friction, but i also used wood PLA. Adaptive layers would also make it better.
I did account for tolerances in the design, but still recommend to print the rings 2-3% smaller in z dimension. You can also add mouse ear brim if you have adhesion issues.
Ribbed for your pleasure, as it marks the cut line.
upd. v6 model has a different ring that allows the door to slide in its groove without the need to pull it up, that's the only difference. The ring is uploaded separately as well.
