The lamp is relatively easy to print. An E27 socket from Max Hauri fits into the lamp base and can be ordered via the following channels.
You can create the lampshade yourself online. I have included a printscreen with the necessary settings so that the lampshade fits on the lamp. I recommend that you use a picture with a width:height ratio of at least 4:1. Otherwise the lamp will be very narrow and tall. I printed the lampshade with 100% infill and a layer height <0.1mm.

Any lamp can be used as the light source. However, I have installed an LED lamp from Osram, where the color can be adjusted with a remote control.
