I had some issues where the threads on my v3 inserts stripped even though I tightened them to the specs recommended by Omnium, so I designed these parts that hold the inserts in a fixed position without relying on a high torque used to tighten the insert bolts.
The stl files lock the inserts in a middle position. The provided FreeCAD file allows you to vary this position with a single variable in a VarSet. I can be set to between 20 to 80%. You will need to print two opposing parts (so for example, two standard 50% parts, or one 30% and one 70%).
Print with 100% infill.
Tested on my own Mini-Max. Should work on a Cargo because I believe the frame is identical in the back, but couldn't test it myself.
EDIT after 7 months of use : they still hold up ! Printed in standard PETG
