Thicker bolt and plates for the Smiley. There's also room for screw reinforcement, so this shouldn't break off and hit you in the face. The bolt has been tested by others and seems to be very sturdy. The back cap is a part of the handle.
The whole thing will need to be mirrored for left hand use
