Bridge/Support which provides adequate clearance for trains to ride underneath. No support required, just bridging for the upper portion. Have only tested in PLA and have not had any issues with bridging. I recommend slowing down the outer walls and top layers down quite a bit from your usual print settings to get a fantastic finish.
