I saw other designs like this being sold online but thought I could make it better and more printable than any of those I saw, and distribute it for free, so I took a crack at it.
The top torus is a two walled hollow space which provides more than enough buoyancy to keep it afloat. We put a couple almond leaves partially through the voronoi holes because our betta likes to play with them, but they're entirely optional of course.
Print with the flat of the torus down and enable support, but only for the very top and bottom of the swim-through hole, and it should work well.
The torus is designed to print with two walls at 0.42mm wall width, which is standard for 0.4 mm nozzles, and should be enough fault tolerance to remain watertight even if you have a bit of messiness now and then on layers.
