There is a popular little timer called the “Time Timer Mod" - which is almost perfect, except that the knob is tiny and fiddly. This is an upgraded knob you can really wrap your fingers around.
Just be careful - it's really snug… if you push it on all the way, it's very difficult to get off. If you want it a little looser, just scale it up on the x and y axes. You can also adjust the xy size compensation parameter in the Slicer.
