All parts are designed to print at 0.25 mm layer height, without support when oriented as is.
Required hardware parts
- Two 608 ball bearings (8×22×7mm)
- Two 25mm M3 (preferably countersunk) for the shuttle clip
- Rubber band
- 16-25 mm M5 screw + nut for the large gear
- 40mm M5 + three nuts for small gear and shuttle clip
- 25mm M3 screw + two nuts for the crank
- 40-50mm hex head M5 screw + two nuts for the clamp

The jaws of the clip can accommodate shuttles up to 30 mm wide. To construct the clip: drill out the bores of the clip_axis.stl model with a 3.2 mm drill and M3 tap the bores of clip_jaw.stl. Then put them together with a couple of M3 screws, no nuts needed. A 35-50 mm M5 should be fine for attaching the clip onto the smaller gear.
All parts except for the shuttle clip are from my bobbin winder, so gears with different ratios and such can be interchanged freely.
