UPDATE 8/23/2025
Updated the PIR Cap to have more room. It was a very tight fit originally to be as slim as possible, but it was bending components and potentially causing interference with the sensor. So I made this cap deeper and centered the slot for the sensor.

UPDATE 8/14/2025
Added caps for specific sensors: DHT22, PIR, Fire IR, and Hall sensors, plus a rear cap with a go pro mount on it! Except for the DHT and Fire IR, these are designed to hold the sensors in place without adhesives or screws, just by the minor force of the dupont wires pushing the sensor away. The DHT and Fire IR are held with M3 screws.

Original Post
Modified for my use with these specific pre soldered 38 pin ESP32s: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09J95SMG7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I cut out the rear cap to be able to easily reach the Micro USB, modified the other caps into 2 taller versions, one with the original cable hole to route cables outside the box, and one without.

I left some blank caps so you can punch your own holes. All I did was take measurements of my sensors and used Negative Parts to punch holes. Additionally, to make room for bigger sensors, i find its pretty quick with these models to just go in the slicer and cut them strategically, scale accordingly, and mesh boolean back together to make them deeper or to make the sensor caps thinner where the sensors can protrude. E.g., for the PIR I made the cap thinner so that the flat part of the PIR sensor dome is nearly flush with the cap, see pics.

ESP32 carriage was unmodified, so please see the original poster's page to get that:

PS: The rear cap's grill holes works great to mount it to a wall with drywall screws.
