Design
I bought a couple of AHT80+BMP280 sensor boards from AliExpress to play around with Smart Home stuff. There was however no suitable case to protect the sensors from dust and accidental damage, so I designed one.
The design assumes mounting on a flat surface with double-sided tape which is mostly fine, but it may increase temperature measuring inertia, so I left the one inside my Prusabox enclosure simply dangling in the air.
The case was designed to be used with a 4-pin female header connector crimped on a ribbon cable, but there's a FreeCAD source file attached for any modifications.
Printing
I printed with Spectrum PETG filament in 0.2mm layers with 20% infill, but essentially any number can be entered as the case consists pretty much of solid shells. I used snug supports on build plate only, but your mileage may vary.
Post-processing and Assembly
Use two M2x5mm bolts to hold the PCB in place. The parts may be glued together for more robustness.
