Idea
The core idea behind this adapter is to position the PTFE tube tangent to the Sunlu dryer diameter. This angle provides the smoothest filament path, especially when printing directly from the dryer, minimizing friction and filament resistance.

- Orientation: Print on its side
- Walls: 4 walls recommended
- Infill: 80% for strength and durability
Installation Guide
- Prepare the printed adapter by drilling or filing a hole of approximately 5 to 6 mm diameter. Ensure the hole is sufficiently long to securely hold the PTFE tube.
- Mount the adapter to the Sunlu dryer using strong double-sided tape, such as 3M adhesive tape. For optimal adhesion and longevity, apply an adhesion primer to the surface before attaching the adapter.
