Okay, so I didn't really design it from scratch, but I managed to get my original Ender 2 Pro spool holder test piece to ensure the screw holes are correct.
I used the side mounted spool holder from @CHEP for the Ender 3 printers, if you don't have a an Ender 3 S1 spool holder you can print your own.
Here is a link to one https://www.printables.com/model/586405-ender-3s1-filament-spool-holder/files
I extended the bar by 1 section.
I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4740855 and modded it for the filament guide piece, why? Because it worked awesomely on my BQ B1 printer. I did enlarge the hole a little but if it fits loose, just dd some tape around the tube and it is fixed.
Hardware needed?
Original screws from the spool holder.
2cm PTFE tubing 4mm outside diameter.
Supports:
I used tree supports for the overhang, and the finiky bits
It was about 4 hours on my Ender 3 V3 SE to print.
