I found that my DeckBoss 590 cover was snagging on the lid stop brackets. Since the cover's are not cheap, I wanted to protect it from this snagging (and potentially ripping). In the warmer weather the cover really digs into the lid stop supports so I really wanted to protect it.
These need to be removed from the grill before starting it up or you will have a melted mess, not to mention you won't be able to open your lid all the way when they are in-place.
I have included three separate designs, and I'm sure there are other ways of doing this. This was just my 5 minute solution.
You will want to print these in PETG or other higher temp material PLA will deform in the summer heat under the cover.
