I liked the original model except my plastic curtain and liner tended to hop off the hook when I slid the curtain. I recreated the model and increased the length of the two little hooks so the curtain and liner would stay on even when jostled. It seems to be working so I thought I would share my update.
I used PETG and 6 perimeters to make it as solid and strong as possible. It is still flexible enough to easily spring over the curtain rod.
