Klein Tools MODbox Tall Component Box, Half Width - Bin Dividers

Intro

Simple: bin dividers for creating more subdivisions in the klein modbox component box.  They utilize the existing divider slots and double the overall number of sections in each bin.

For the narrower, 2 section bins: print one “Modbox Half-Tall - Short divider” and one “Modbox Half-Tall Small Bin - Long divider”.

For the longer, 3 section bins: print one “Modbox Half-Tall - Short divider” and one “Modbox Half-Tall Long Bin - Long Divider”.

Print Settings

• Designed for printing flat on buildplate
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.28mm layer height
• 15% Infill, Gyroid
• 1 bottom layer, 1 top layer, 2 wall loops
• PLA, but any material will do

If you use the settings above, the dividers will use the following amounts of filament:

• Modbox Half-Tall - Short divider: 8g
• Modbox Half-Tall Small Bin - Long divider: 10g
• Modbox Half-Tall Long Bin - Long Divider: 21g

Notes

I defined the print settings above to reduce filament consumption and print faster.  I am not using these dividers in bins storing heavy or sharp items (think small-gauge wire crimp connectors, not bolts nor plumbing hardware) so the strength of the bins is sufficient for my needs.  I suggest increasing the top and bottom layer count if you require a more durable divider - or switch to a material other than PLA.
