Finally, there are trackers available for Android too. I purchased a Chipolo ONE Point tracker, which can be easily hung on keys because it has a hole on its body. However, I would prefer to be able to hang the tag on a ring rotated ninety degrees, so that it fits better with the other keys. Therefore, I designed a simple key chain that allows this.
The design conditions for the key chain were quite clear: the tag must be as secure as possible against loss, and the key chain must be as printable as possible, ideally without supports and without bridges. I chose TPU 90A as the material. But you can also use 95A or 98A, I haven't tried softer ones. I could afford to completely eliminate any play between the key chain and the tag during the design. After inserting the tag into the key chain, this absence of play contributes to its secure retention.
My solution is essentially universal and can also be used for other tags. As usual, I am attaching the source files and also a link to OnShape, where I designed everything. Creating a remix that meets your requirements shouldn't be too much of a problem any more.
Finally, one more small note: This model is not intended directly for Apple AirTag or tags from other manufacturers. Chipolo tags have different dimensions. If you still want to use them, you will most likely have to modify them. I am making the source files available.
