Silver Dollar City has a cup, once you buy it, you can use it all year, free refills. It's an insulated tumbler with no handle. Wife wanted a handle. I did one with a handle, and one with a pair of loops so you can attach a cord, hang it from your bag or whatever.
inside diameter tapers from 3.65 to 3.2 inches. Might fit some other tumblers, I suppose.
