Here is my first attemps at creating a different mini-itx pc case.

Coming from a Cougar QX, i wanted something smaller, under 10L , that can fit somwhat powerfull components, while being as toolless as possible.

Apart from 2 minor mesurement ajustement that should have been done, the case check all the marks.

It fit :

-mini itx board
-2 slot GPU up to 267mm (using a 6700xt reference)
-Almost toolless setup, no insert or standoff needed
-SFF PSU only

There is some room for 2.5 SSD and if you have to, you can lay a 3.5 HDD somwhere.. i did but it's on the sketchy side, for now.
I'm planing to print a small hdd cage/support that could be fixed somhere.

There is a high colision risk with the power button and the front usb pannel, mine is on the mail, but i might have to do some shady stuff to get the first usb in place because of the power button eing ‘too long’ inside the case.

Here is the list of what you'll need:
-About 1.3 to 1.5kg of filament, depending of your support and infill preferences.
-Magnets, 4mmx2mm, a lot! Like 136 of them!  here's the link: https://a.co/d/4UN55Vg
-90 degres power cable
-Power button, 16mm, Link: https://a.co/d/8G7iHmA
-Front usb/audio pannel, Link: https://a.co/d/c8uIjbO
-Super glue
-Soldering gun (maybe, see hole tolerence)

So it's been a fun project, i'm happy with the result.
I would recommand you printing the frame at an angle, since i printed mine with the bottom part at the vertical and i had a few breaking in the frame during cleaning and assembly process. It's totally reparable, but i wont bring this case in a bagpack for sure!

And depending of your power cable, you might have to add a little something under your front feet (or all 4), since i made it verry tight, some might need a few more mm of clearance.

I printed it in Clear Hyper-PETG from creality on my Anycubic Mega X, at slow (af!) setting for better result (see stringing and multiple retraction on short disance).

Feel free to contact me if you have question about it, i'll do my best to answer as quickly as possible!
Have fun :)

Size: with feet, it's about 21.1cm x 28.7cm x 16.5cm, so on paper, it is below 10L!
