The drawers in my cabinet ride on rails that connect to the back wall of the cabinet via plastic connectors. Unfortunately both of the originals (white in the photos attached) were broken, and rather then trying to find them online I modelled and printed new bracket. Drawer fixed and they work.
I printed in PETG for more flexibility. Used 3 perimeters for strength (and 15% cubic infill).
I also included a v2 that has slightly more clearance for the rail incase yours is bent.
