Adapter to convert a Powerbox fin into Deep Tuttle.

Note: In addition to the holes you need to drill, you also need to sand the Powerbox front and rear slightly.  This is because Powerbox length at the board interface is 160mm but the tuttle is 156mm.   The jig below can help but it is best to go slowly at this step.   In the photos attached I sanded too aggressively (as was my first attempt) and you can see some slight gaps front and back.

Hold the adapter in place with a normal 6mm bolt or screw.

Of course if you go back to using the fin as Powerbox there will be slight gaps front and rear now.

Its exactly the same concept as the normal tuttle converter posted here https://www.printables.com/model/491976-powerbox-to-tuttleuniversal-converter

Best to use a jig to drill the holes.  https://www.printables.com/model/492917-powerbox-to-tuttle-drill-and-shaping-guides

I've attached the Fusion 360 file as Powerbox fins seem to have variable dimensions.   You may want to make the adapter a tighter or looser fit by using the Push-pull function in 360 on the inside sloping faces.
