Tired of your workpiece slipping, scratching, or getting in the way of clamps? Meet the Hexapuck Bench Cookie — the ultimate non-slip, non-marring support puck for woodworking and DIY projects.

With its grippy surface, low profile, and ultra-stable hexagonal design, the Hexapuck keeps your projects steady and protected without the need for clamps. Perfect for sanding, routing, finishing, or anytime you need a clean, secure lift. Stackable, durable, and built for serious work — once you try Hexapuck, your bench will never be without it.

Grip it. Lift it. Love it. Hexapuck.

Added features include a built in painters pyramid, and a screw in bench dog.

Materials used:
Main puck body - Whatever you have on hand (TPU), but PETG or something more durable would be best.
The grips - TPU obviously :)
Bench dog - PETG or something else durable.

Settings:
The main body is best with 0.2 or lower layer height, with 50% or higher hexagonal infill, and printed standing on the edge opposite the painters pyramid. Try to make the top, bottom and perimeters 1mm thick, so at 0.2 layer height that would be 5 layers.

The grips 0.2 layer height and 40% infill, so they are firm but still a little bit squishy.

The bench dog 0.2 layer height, with 100% infill for strength.

Glue the inserts in with your preferred adhesive, the bottom inserts goes on the thread side and the top insert goes on the opposite side.

Enjoy!
