No supports needed. I have opted to use a Diamond-style 3D effect plate with a Hilbert-curve for first layer for extra fanciness.

There are 3 “styles” to choose in 3 “sizes”

Styles

  • Knobs (one insert, relatively narrow)
  • Pull (two inserts, solid)
  • Blind (two inserts, finger space on the underside)
  • Handle (two inserts, handle with an open space behind it)

Sizes

  • Small (16mm-based)
  • Medium (24mm-based)
  • Large (32mm-based)

The “Extended” sizes are the same width and length (and thus also hole spacing), but have an additional ½ Basis in Height.

All models take M4 caphead screws. For styles that take two screws, to find the on-center distance between the holes take the nominal width of the model and subtract the Base size. For example, a Medium handle of 96mm nominal width, the bolts will be spaced 72mm apart (96mm - 24mm). Note that the actual sizes of all the handles are smaller than their listed nominal size.

For Bolt lengths

  • Small: 12mm minimum, 16mm recommended
  • SmallExt: 18mm minimum, 20mm recommended
  • Medium: 20mm minimum, 25mm recommended
  • MediumExt: 30mm minimum, 35mm recommended
  • Large: 25mm minimum, 30mm recommended
  • LargeExt: 35mm minimum, 40mm recommended
