The piece of paper on one of the toy broke off. I created this simple model as a replacement handle.
I prefer this over just holding the wire because it provides a bit more leverage to swing the fun end around.
You feed the wire through the groove in the bottom piece (may need pliers to curve the wire into shape). The top slips on to hold it into place.
I added ~0.5mm clearance between the top and bottom because my printer sucks.
