This is a stick on tab to fix Zebra printer batteries that have had the tabs broken off, and are now taped in or held in with sticky labels.
They will need double sided tape to adhere to the battery, I use and recommend the T-Rex double sided super glue tape for the ideal thickness. https://www.walmart.com/ip/T-Rex-Super-Glue-Tape-0-5-in-x-7-5-yd-Clear/362445058?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1600&from=%2Fsearch&sid=3ff08806-e37c-4616-a447-b92fd3316ba0
It will need to be printed on its side with a support for one of the little pointy bits. It may be possible to print without supports but since I have been selling these quality was important. They were designed and tested with PLA, using a different material will affect the tension which was tuned to be a close as possible to the original tabs. Printer settings may also affect this tension.
Although they should make little difference, for reference my print settings are as follows:
Top Shell Layers: 5
Bottom Shell Layers: 3
Wall Loops: 3
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Temp: 220 C
If the base catches on the lip near the top of the battery, you may need to remove a little bit of material from the broken tab. They are a tight fit so they line up right.
If after installation, one side locks in before the other, it is not centered. On the side of the clip that meets the broken part of the tab, ensure it is properly centered with the broken tab and not overhanging on either side.
Included are two tools used to align tape, the smaller one is reasonable for most people but the larger one is designed to hold the roll of tape for making a higher quantity of tabs more comfortably.

I maintain the exclusive permission to sell these tabs, nobody has permission to use them for commercial purposes. They may be used for personal use and if they are produced for your own employer your compensation may not exceed your material cost and reasonable time cost.
