************UPDATED 10/26***************
I realized that this couldn't easily be printed on a smaller (Ender 3, Ender 5, Prusa MK4S, etc) printers. I updated the size to fit smaller build plates. It is (W) 206mm x (L) 175mm x (H) 135mm. The file is "25.4mmPoopScoop" to fit a 1" (25.4mm) handle. The hole is actually 26mm in diameter. There are a couple other files with different size holes for the handle. The size is in the filename.
I also put a smaller fillet (rounded edge) on the bottom so it prints better without supports. I also extended the bottom of the handle holder to the build plate for the same reason.
I left the original file if you have a larger build plate. It is (W) 135mm x (L) 236mm x (H) 135mm. It is called "poop scoop.stl".
I added a smaller version for smaller dogs too. I have a black lab Pitbull mix, and I only pick up the poop before mowing. So, I like the larger bucket. A neighbor has a small French bulldog, and they clean up just about every day. They didn't need such a large bucket for the dainty little poops that dog drops. It is called SmallDogPoopScooper.stl" (The red scoop in the pictures)

Simple poop scoop that attaches to a handle.
PLA works. But if you use too little infill it will warp like in the picture. I think I used less than 10%. If you use 20% it should be fine. With too little infill, the cavities can be too big so it can sag when in the sun.
I leave mine outside all year and it lasts several years (Chicago area). In fact, the handle rotted before the previous printed part wore out.
Also Available:
-Small Rake--I designed a small rake with replaceable tines to scoop the poop into the scooper.
