It seems to fit pretty well after a few trial and errors. I used TPU with a Durometer of 95A. It doesn't seem as soft as the one that came with it but it doesn't seem to leave marks.
I printed it so the opening was directly up on a stain sheet using Sainsmart Tpu. I know replacements are available for the Bostitch SB-1850BN 18 gauge but I was able to print this and keep on working same day. Hope this helps someone else!
