Very crude solution to the problem I was having. I did not want to keep having to use whatever I had available to keep the lid lifted. So I threw this together after I was unable to find something I was happy with here on Printables. The strut saddles both lid and base so it is stable.
I have included the parametric FreeCAD file in case you want to change the depth or length via the arc angle.
In order to achieve a similiar effect to what I have in my printed photo, set bottom layers and top layers to 0. I already have configured this in the included 3mf file.
