This 3D-printed push-up bar supports my regular strength training by reducing wrist strain and minimizing the risk of overuse injuries.
To complete the assembly, insert a wooden dowel (28 mm diameter, 170 mm length) and secure it with two 3.5 × 15 mm lens head screws. You could add some self adhesive rubber pads (25 x 18 mm) as feet to keep it in position on slippery surfaces.
