For a gift I needed two maze boxes that look the same on the outside but have a different maze inside. The model itself is not very complicated. The lid for both boxes is identical, but there are two versions of it. One with 0.2mm clearance and one with 0.25mm clearance. I guess for most modern printers, the 0.2mm version should work fine.
It also prints without support if oriented correctly on the respective flat sides.
