I saw this super cool whiskey blind tasting tool called “the Solo Blind” and thought it would be fun to make a similar thing that could hold 6 glasses instead of 4. By making 12 pegs instead of 6 you have even balancing of all configurations except 5.
None of the parts should require support, I use 15% infill and 2 parameters in pla. im sure any ridgid material would work well, petg, plat, abs, asa
It requires a couple 3d printed parts plus:
1 x 6907 bearing (I tried a 608 but I found it wobbled to much for my liking and I had the 6907s laying around.)
6 x m4x16 screws.
It’s basically a turntable with 6 glass holders. I decided to not make a cloche but instead just look away for a couple seconds. I'm also using whiteboard tags 3"x1.2" for the labels but a post it note folded in half might work too.
