I printed Stew's version and noticed the holes didn't quite line up to the stock Plus4 purge bucket assembly. The printed part was also quite wobbly and had very loose clearances with a well tuned machine. I noticed a lot of the printed part wanting to shift front, back, left, and right instead of squishing down the springs and working properly.

The .STL file is correctly oriented for printing and the .STEP is provided

Install is the same as Stew's, just print and remove the old pei carefully and stick onto this one after install.

THIS REQUIRES A WELL TUNED PRINTER OR ELSE IT MAY BIND

Highly suggest running an extrusion multiplier test, pressure advance, as well as material shrinkage and machine skew.

Some starting values for ABS/ASA (Highly suggest tuning for your printer as these values can change)

XY Shrinkage: 99.8%

Extrusion Multiplier (Flow Ratio):

Stock QIDI Plus4: 0.92

Most other printers: 0.94- 0.95

Pressure Advance PLUS4: 0.025

Extrusion Multiplier, and Pressure Advance can be tuned within most slicers like ORCA
